Who we are

Rally is made by Superidea AS (organisation number 927199785), Vangberg 2a, Tromsø, Norway. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Superidea, and “you” means anyone who uses Rally.

What Rally is

Rally is a family app for iPhone. A grown-up plans the family’s daily jobs, everyone ticks off their own on the Today screen, and each tick earns points and grows the family’s Grove. Everyone in the family has a cartoon character.

Rally is free. This version has no in-app purchases and no ads.

Using Rally as a family

Your content

You own what you write in Rally, such as names, action titles and suggestions. You give Superidea permission to store and process it for one purpose only: running Rally for your family.

Acceptable use

When you use Rally, don’t:

The app itself

Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement applies to the Rally app itself. These terms cover the Rally service.

Other services

Rally uses services from Apple and from Google, including Firebase. Those services have their own terms.

Changes and availability

We may change, pause or end features, or the whole service. Where reasonable, we will give notice in the app.

If we change these terms, we update the “Last updated” date at the top and announce material changes in the app.

Ending

You can stop using Rally at any time. To delete your account, open the Family tab, tap the gear icon to open Settings, then tap Delete account.

We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

No guarantees, and limits on liability

We provide Rally “as is”, to the extent Norwegian law allows.

Our liability is limited to the extent the law allows. This never limits our liability for gross negligence, for intentional wrongdoing or for personal injury.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under mandatory Norwegian or EU consumer law.

Law and courts

Norwegian law applies to these terms. If you are a consumer, you keep the right to go to court where you live.
